My Kindle Touch is the Wi-Fi Edition, and it keeps on freezing. Is there any particular reason? why it keeps freezing.
I restart it by holding the power button for 20 seconds.

the video was very helpful as i just opened the box – kindle touch and had no idea how to use it – still don’t as in i bought a book – its there but once i have begun to read and then close out how do i get back to the spot i left at. still working out the logistics? of bringing up the keyboard.. i am a mac gal but never have had an ipad or kindle or… so suggestions/comments are welcomed. thank you. not sure what landscape mode means or how to access it.
