How would one review an item they never received? By making something up, embellishing on the truth? If so, then my review would be just as subjective as many others that are submitted.

I ordered this product and never received it!!! Since it was for a college class, and the class started and my daughter needed the book, we had to purchase it at the school bookstore. I would like to express my dissatisfaction and request a full and prompt refund!!! Refund requested and never provided. Please be aware when you order from his vendor. Product not delivered and money not refunded.

The product arrived in excellent condition. The quality was great. However, it arrived alot slower than expected.
